Frances is the founder of Frances & Friends L.L.C., a pet care company built from a lifelong passion for animals and a deep commitment to compassionate, personalized care. After years of walking dogs and pet sitting on her own, Frances began expanding her team in 2023.

Frances personally trains each team member to uphold the same high standards of care and display the loving leadership that her clients have come to rely on. Together, they offer solo dog walks, buddy walks, overnight sitting as well as cat, bunny and bird care.
Today, she leads a small, trusted group of insured pet care professionals who serve clients throughout Lower Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn. The majority of their loyal clientele are based in Battery Park City, the Financial District and Seaport, but their services now extend to the West Village, West Chelsea, SoHo, Tribeca and even DUMBO and Downtown Brooklyn.
