Remy she/her
Dog Walker, Pet Sitter & Scheduling Manager
Experienced with: dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs

Certified In: Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid
Remy was born and raised in NYC. She first fell in love with animals as a kid, spending every chance she had with family pets (and wishing she could have one of her own!) Remy loves working with pets because caring for them and giving their owners peace of mind feels so rewarding. Plus, every day is different since each animal has their own fun personality!

Max he/him
Dog Walker & Pet Sitter
Experienced with: dogs, cats, birds

Certified In: Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid
Max grew up in a full-on animal household with cats, dogs and plenty of time spent around his grandpa’s ranch, so caring for animals has always felt natural to him. He especially loves working with dogs and getting to know their individual personalities, whether that means taking them on a long, thoughtful walk or simply being a calm, steady presence. Back home in Kansas City, Max’s family has two Goldendoodles, Remy and Coco, who taught him a lot about patience, routine, and unconditional loyalty. When he’s not out walking dogs, Max is usually making music, exploring East River Park, or proudly remembering a dog’s name faster than a human’s. He loves being part of Frances & Friends because of the company’s emphasis on trust, consistency and treating every pet like your own.

Ben he/him
Dog Walker
Experienced with: dogs

Certified In: Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid
Ben is a student at the Parsons School of Design! He moved from Southern California to NYC over two years ago. Coming from a small town, Ben grew up living with and around plenty of animals, he spent almost every day of his childhood outside walking dogs. He loves having the opportunity to meet and spend time with so many amazing dogs while now living in New York!

Norah-Sue she/her
Dog Walker & Pet Sitter
Experienced with: dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, barn animals

Certified In: Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid
Last year, Norah-Sue came to Brooklyn to pursue a bachelors in Political Science and History at St.Francis College. Growing up, she loved living on a Missouri farm surrounded by animals and wildlife! She has experience taking care of a range of animals: from cows, to frogs, to dogs! Her genuine love for animals shines through in her promise to foster a safe, happy, and compassionate relationship with your furry (or scaly) family! Norah truly loves all animals and is so grateful for the opportunity to continue working with them through the Frances & Friends community.

Molly she/her
Dog Walker & Pet Sitter
Experienced with: dogs, cats

Certified In: Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid
Molly grew up in upstate New York always surrounded by cats and dogs. After attending Sarah Lawrence College, she relocated to Brooklyn and has been helping care for animals with the company ever since. Having lived with multiple of her sister's cats for a few years, in 2023 she adopted her own kitty, an NYCACC alum (and former foster of Frances'), and named her Baby! Molly has a soft spot for felines with big personalities and XL dogs that remind her of her childhood Great Dane, Gracie.

Victoria she/her
Dog Walker & Pet Sitter
Experienced with: dogs (special needs), cats (special needs), birds of prey, barn animals, wildlife

Certified In: Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid, NYS Licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator, Perdue University Medical Terminology
Originally from Puerto Rico and raised in the Bronx, Victoria brings vibrant energy, compassion and extensive hands-on animal experience to every pet she cares for. Victoria is currently studying Animal Science on the Pre-Veterinary Track at Cornell University, where she is pursuing her goal of becoming a wildlife veterinarian. Her experience spans a wide variety of species and settings - from working in dairy barns, where she has successfully assisted with calf deliveries, to developing a deep fascination with wildlife conservation and primatology.
Known for her attentive care, curiosity, and genuine love of animals, Victoria approaches every pet as an individual deserving of patience, respect and exceptional care. Whether she's caring for a shy cat, an energetic puppy, or a recovering wild animal, her goal is always the same: to make every animal feel safe, comfortable and cared for. When she's not studying or working with animals, Victoria dreams of becoming a published author - though for now, she's happy spoiling her clients' pets and treating them like royalty.

Josie she/her
Dog Walker & Pet Sitter
Experienced with: dogs (special needs), cats (special needs), birds, rabbits, reptiles

Certified In: Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid
Josie has been an animal lover since childhood, always doing whatever she could to be with or research them. This experience goes beyond just cats and dogs, as she has experience handling animals of all kinds. Exotic birds, sugar gliders, reptiles, and farm animals to name a few! She is also the proud owner of an adorable kitty named Gustav, and a sweet bunny named Hershey! No matter the shape or size of your baby, she will make sure to treat them as her own.

Josie also accompanied Frances to attend Tom Davis's audit weekend in 2025, where she learned more about handling reactive and nervous dogs!
